New York Statewide Summer Reading Program
Below is part of a recent NYLINE message regarding the NYS Summer Reading program!
“Encourage your students and their families to visit the New York Statewide Summer Reading Program site, http://summerreadingnys.org, for unusual and interesting games, fun activities, reading lists, and links related to this summer’s themes: “Catch the Reading Bug” and “Metamorphosis @ your library”.
A special feature this year is a quiz for children and one for teens. Whether a youth is a budding entomologist or environmentalist, or just loves puzzles and games, these quizzes will delight and educate.
New links and activities will be added all summer long - so bookmark this site and visit it often.”
